Terms of Service

General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the provision of cosmetology and nail styling services by JUKA CONCEPT Karolina Słabosz (hereinafter: "the Salon"), operating under the brand Warszawski Salonik, located at ul. Ludwika Rydygiera 12/48, 01-794 Warsaw, Poland.

Using the Salon's services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Scope of Services

The Salon provides services in the following areas:

• Cosmetology — therapeutic and skincare treatments for face and body, including GLOW SKIN cleansing, DERMAPEN microneedling mesotherapy, microneedling radiofrequency, BioRePeel CI3, PRP-Like Peptide Lift, C-Fusion Glow, Pink Harmony, Essence of Gentleness, Acne Calm, Cell Fusion TA Toning, and more.
• Manicure Studio — gel manicure, gel pedicure, therapeutic pedicure.

The current price list and full treatment catalog are available at warszawskisalonik.pl/zabiegi and on our Booksy profile.

Booking Appointments

Appointments are booked exclusively through the Booksy platform. Booking requires a Booksy account and is subject to Booksy's terms and conditions.

Confirming a booking constitutes a contract for the selected cosmetology service.

In special cases, the Salon may arrange an appointment individually — we will contact the Client via SMS to find a suitable time slot.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation or rescheduling is available free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment via the Booksy app.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows without prior notice may result in the Salon's right to refuse future bookings.
• The Salon may cancel or reschedule an appointment due to circumstances beyond its control, notifying the Client in advance via SMS or Booksy.

Prices and Payment

• Service prices are listed in Polish zloty (PLN) and correspond to the current price list on the website and Booksy profile.
• Payment is made on-site after the service — by cash or card.
• The Salon reserves the right to change prices. Changes do not affect already-booked appointments.

During Your Visit

• Please arrive on time. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule.
• Before the treatment, the cosmetologist conducts a consultation and tailors the protocol to the Client's individual skin needs.
• After the visit, the Salon may send personalized skincare recommendations via SMS or email — guidance on at-home post-treatment care.

Contraindications and Liability

• The Client is obligated to inform the cosmetologist about any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications, and contraindications before the treatment begins.
• The Salon is not liable for consequences arising from the concealment of relevant health information.
• If you experience any concerning reactions after a treatment, please contact the Salon immediately.

Reviews

After your visit, an automated SMS is sent from the Booksy platform with a request to leave a review. Reviews help us improve service quality and are greatly appreciated.

Complaints

• Complaints regarding services can be submitted via the contact form on the website, through Instagram messages, or directly at the Salon.
• Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days of submission.
• To expedite the process, please include the date of your visit, the type of service, and a description of the issue.

Communication

The Salon communicates with Clients via:

• SMS — scheduling appointments, skincare recommendations, visit reminders.
• Email — skincare recommendations, responses to contact form inquiries.
• Instagram (@warszawskisalonik) — inquiries, inspiration, contact.
• Contact form at warszawskisalonik.pl/contact.

Personal Data

The rules for processing Client personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.

Final Provisions

• Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
• The Salon reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available on the website.
• These Terms take effect on the date of publication on the website.
