Before your visit

How should I prepare for my visit?

Come without heavy makeup and keep an extra 10 minutes for consultation. Before the treatment we discuss your skin condition, care history and expectations.

Can I combine treatments?

Yes, we design safe treatment combinations based on your skin condition. The order of treatments is decided after diagnosis so we do not overload the skin.

During your visit

Are treatments painful?

Most cosmetic treatments cause only mild discomfort. If a method requires anaesthesia, we let you know in advance and choose it individually.

How long does the first visit take?

A first visit usually means a consultation plus a treatment — book 60 to 90 minutes depending on the chosen protocol.

After the treatment

When are results visible?

Some effects are immediate, while full results usually settle after a few days. With stimulating therapies we assess the full outcome after 4–8 weeks.

Are there contraindications to treatments?

Yes — some treatments have contraindications, including active skin infections, fresh wounds or certain conditions. We always verify them during the consultation before the treatment.
